Corsa Classic, AKA CR member Andrea Bonfanti in Milano, also has fold-out maps of bicycle frame/component builders by country, with separate maps for Italy, France, UK, US/Canada and I believe a Japan map is in the works.

If my recollection is correct, this is the second run of the Campagnolo book. One would expect that if demand is high, there would be a third run.
