Rene herse 2x cranks / roadini - spindle length?

Anyone running Rene herse cranks (2x, 46/30) on their Roadini (mine is lugged)? Curious what spindle length / bottom bracket you went with.

Not a Roadini, but on my Crust Lightning bolt (2x9 indexed shifting), I use a 107mm Omni Racer Ti bb. The 107 is nice for narrow Q and using the big ring over the whole cassette, though it results in slightly more chain angle in small/small combo.

Previously, I had a 110mm (IRD QB-95), which also worked well and was a little bit more neutral, chainline-wise.
