Does anybody have confident information about fender and tire clearance on an orange Ram? I'd be content if I could run 30 or 32 with fixed aluminum fenders.  30 Grand Bois are just about my favorite tire.

Thanks

I’ve got plenty of room with SKS plastics and 32mm gravelkings.

I've got a Romulus, and I run it with ~30-31mm tires on one wheel set and 28mm tires on another.  I'm comfortable with both of those....

This "orange Ram" is one that you have in your hands, but want info before you do work?

It's one you are considering buying, and want info before you spend $$?

The fenders are Berthoud carbon fiber, 25mm wide. This is my fair weather bike so...

The tires are Challenge Paris Roubais, 700x27, but they measure 29mm wide and about 26mm tall.

The calipers are the Shimano "Ultegra" with the longer reach, so they didn't call them Ultegra. I forget what they called them.

The frame is a 58cm from about 1999. Notice that the brake pads are at the bottom of the slots. Not all Rambouillets from that time had the same clearance. I've seen a few with 3mm to 4mm less at the rear. Toyo didn't always get it right.
