I used to have a dark green Brooks B17 special on my SimpleOne.
It was very dark with copper rails...not the lighter green that is still available as a B17 non-special
Some lovely person unbolted it from my bike while I was at work and the bike was locked up outside.
I always assumed I'd replace it but then it seems they were discontinued.
The saddle looked like this: (it's a pic from the net)...and here is my bike with the saddle on it.

Curious if anyone has one of these they'd like to move on.
thanks

A bit expensive for a used Brooks, but this is available. I know that someone was discounting titanium-railed Finesse saddles (fits like a short B17) for about $150 on eBay, but those seemed to have sold out.

I had one of these stolen too (along with the bike it was perched upon). I still pine for it and may purchase another at some point. I did get this same saddle in Honey, but it's just not the same.

you could get some Fiebing leaher dye
and a brand new saddle, probably honey or natural or lighter green
if they have such
then get the saddle warm, like sunshine warm
apply the dye with the applicator or a paintbrush
then follow with a coat of Obenaufs
to carry the dye into the leather and smooth out any streaks
and darken the leatherLeave it in the sun for a while then buff the saddle
with a soft cotton clotht to
clean dye and oil off the surface
which would be the contact point with your white linen summer pants
it would be best to ride in dark pants well worn till your body heat and perspiration
and friction polish the saddle up nicely

That’s a drag about your saddle.
I’ve got the dark green Brooks on my green Quickbeam. I hope you can find another one. Maybe set up an eBay alert?

Thanks Benz
Looks like that links to a saddle that's been purchased...maybe I was too slow.
