Question about Zefal pump sizing...

If I have a pump peg on my frame, that's what I measure to, right? If I'm getting between 53-53.5cm between my head tube and pump peg, I definitely need the #4 pump, right? I'd love for the No. 2 that's up for sale to work, but I'm guessing it won't.
