looking for a specific headlight mount

I recall seeing a small online shop for someone that was selling parts that I assumed he machined, or had machined locally.  One of the pieces was what I think I recall as a arc-shaped piece of aluminum intended to mount a light to the front of a metal fender.  I cannot seem to find the site anymore, but I question if it is closed, or if I am just not using the best keywords.  Does anyone recall anything like what I am poorly describing?
