Before I go order one...I'd like one lock on grip clamp

I have a bike hack project for which I would like to obtain one clamp, that fits around a 22.2mm handlebar and is itself as thin as possible.  The clamp that is used with most lock-on grips is perfect.  So, if YOU have a ruined, orphaned, or otherwise unwanted clamp, I'd like to obtain it.  I only need one, and if I can't find one, I'll eventually buy a set of four from one of the online retailers for ~$12 - $15.
