FS 55cm Sam Hillborne Canti Frameset + rack + brakes

I am selling my Black and Cream Sam Hillborne that I bought new in July 2019. It has been used primarily as a commuter with recreational rides on the weekends. There are a few paint scuffs and chips, but nothing heinous. Just stuff you'd expect from regular use over the past 6 months. I swapped most of the parts to another bike with the exception of the Pletscher Rear Rack (Clem rack), Shimano cantilever brakes, and 113mm Shimano bottom bracket. I also have a pair of IRD Drillium brake levers as pictured below that I could include. I would like to get 1200$ with everything included. I am located in SF and prefer local, but happy to ship as well.
