Aside: On the iBoblist recently, in the last ~2 months, there was a thread about  NYT photo/journalist feature by Roff Smith on COVID-era early morning bicycle excursions around long-declined Brit seaside holiday towns popular from late Vic to late Suez, like Blackpool. The phtos and the text were well above typical standards for writing and photography.

I heartily recommend both the NYT feature and the book.
