WTB: 700c road wheelset

Asking for a friend who just bought a roadini frameset. Not looking for something too overbuilt. Also no need for super fancy hubs etc.

I have an interesting mixed set.

Both rims are Velocity A23. Front hub is from a company that was known as C4. They were short lived but the hub is still just fine.

The rear wheel is built on a new Shimano Dura Ace 7800 hub. Never ridden. The rear is different brand than the front cuz the C4 hub that was original went bad. So did the company C4.

Both 28 hole.

I have a set of used Fulcrum I'd sell for cheap. Not 36 hole though. More like 28 IIRC
