...an Oscar Mayer Weiner
That is what I truly wish to be
Cause if I were a oscar mayer weiner
Everyone would be in love
Oh everyone would be in love
Everyone would be in love with me

I didn't know that was still around.  Dates back to the 50s.  Maybe they use the same preservatives on the vehicle as in the hotdogs.

My hands-down favorite bag of this type is from Revelate Designs:

I generally use it to carry a camera so I can grab it and shoot on the fly.

Killer feature on this bag is the one-handed loose/tight adjustment. It only takes one hand to loosen or tighten the cinch at the top of the bag. Chrome makes a similar bag, but it requires two hands to loosen it, which is a pain when you’re riding. The Etsy bag looks like it requires two hands to open it (but only one to tighten).

OTOH, the Etsy bag is certainly more colorful!

I ran into the Weinermobile a few years ago in Ocean City NJ. Oh I wish I could have found the driver to get a tour.

Who made those panniers? I'd love to get a pair for my LHT.

Linus "The Sac", I steal them from the wife's bike. They're heavy canvas with a magnet to hold closed, just clip onto the top rail so a quick on/off & the grocery store checker just fills them direct from the belt.

Oh heart-tugging deja vu all over again. Saw the Wienermobile when I was a kid. And who did I get to say hello to? LIttle Oscar (one of a few), Jerry Maren, one of the Munchkins from Wizard of OZ. He gave me a Wiener Whistle.
