mine has always been an offroad machine. v brakes, 1x12, & sweepy flat bars are a great way to make the clem L shredible. the video in my instagram is all one day of riding on the clem L as pictured.

Not an L, but my 59cm Clem H is my primary offroad machine:

Old picture but the setup hasn't changed: Jones Loop bars on 31.8mm VO quill stem, Cliffhanger rims and 2.2" knobbies, 2x9 drivetrain with no front derailleur (I call it my "double 1x").

Mine isn't an L, either, but here's my 52 grilver Clem H:

So great
Anyone successfully running 2.4’s on their Clem?

I eventually switched out my stock 110 BB with a 113 BB and can now run a 2.4 without any chain/tire rub n my lowest gear.

Also, no L, but H as a mountain bike:

I was able to fit 2.6 Maxxis Ikons on my 59cm H frame. Plenty of clearance although I've heard that the L frames have less clearance at the chainstays. Not sure if this is still accurate with the new run of frames though.

My girlfriend also has an older 52cm H frame with the swoopy seat stays. She is running 2.35 G-One Speeds on her bike with fenders, plenty of room for a 2.4.
