Rivendell in Idaho?

I was out riding my Riv in Eagle, Idaho and almost swerved off the road after seeing this sign. Turns out to be a Airbnb called Rivendell Lakes.

We saw this road sign in Hokkaido Japan while touring on our tandem. Secret Rivendell MUSA factory?   No, but fun to see the sign!    :)

There's a Rivendell Winery in south-western Western Australia near Margaret River. I've cycled past it several times when cycle touring in that region. I think the winery was started in the mid-1980s, so it's about ten years older than Rivendell Bicycle Works.

There is a Rivendell School district that straddles the Connecticut River in New Hampshire and Vermont. School didtricts in two states are somewhat rare. Ironically a friend who was principal there rides the most unbobish bikes compared to the rest my riding buds.
