WTB: Nitto dirt-drop stem, thumby shifters, 26" tires, etc

Looking for some components to complete my budget build, including:

1. Quill stem. Nitto Dirt Drop 25.4 clamp, between 6-10 cm reach.

2. Pair of Sunrace Thumb shifters. Also open to 3x7-speed index thumb shifters set

3. 26" tires, somewhere between 34 & 42mm

4. Cork handlebar grips and bar tape

Hey! I got a 10cm dirt drop stem in 25.4 - used once. I also have Suntour index thumb shifters 3x7.. tried to pm but idk if it went through.
