In this case - the people here have been so kind and helpful I'd like to give back.

I have as spare parts 2 Nitto handlebars - a Noodle and and Albastache - plus a 70mm Tallux stem. They're free for the asking; I just ask you cover shipping.

I am really, really sorry folks! Some very bad life stuff, and then the holidays happened and I honestly just dropped the ball on this. :( It's my fault, I should have done better. I'll post again in a few days and open this stuff back up to takers. Please forgive my dropping the ball.
