FS: complete set RIvendell Readers

I collected the set, so it comes from a couple different sources, along with the ones I acquired myself.

Before I knew there was an edition "zero," I had Grant sign the front of edition "one." My thinking was it would be super valuable and I would auction it off for charity. But that is silly, and it is just sitting here.

Shipping is probably around $20, so ... add another $20 for my energy and time.

P.S. if there is an issue that come out in the last year or two I probably don't have that so "complete, but possibly minus that latest issue."
