ISO/WTB tall 120mm quill stem 25.4 with removeable faceplate

Been scouring the forums & websites for something like the Rive Faceplater for 25.4 bar with a 120mm reach, and tall.  Very  to used in decent shape.

Anyone have one hey want to be rid of? or know of where one can be obtained??

Thanks…trying to avoid the quill adapter, I find they often don’t provide much rise
