I have a Hinterland Ozette Randonneur Bag that I have had since I got the Bilenky 4 years ago. I no longer use it. So I am selling the bag/rack and decaleur as a bundle with free shipping or separately. The rack is a Nitto M-18. The decaleur works with Pearl and Technomic stems.

How is the decaleur mounted to the stem? It's not clear from the photos.
