What's the Susie Outside Seat Tube Diameter For a FD ?

Yeah, I'm asking as I thought it was 31.8 but can't remember for sure !  Vince told me a while a go the differences in the tubing thickness between the Gus and the Susie but I forgot to write down what diameter FD. 

The Sram S600 149mm crank I'm using will have somewhere between 44t to 22t, probably a triple though maybe a double at some point. 9-speed cassettes.

I have plenty of 28.6 FD's and thought I'd use one, but then I remembered this frame is a larger diameter ST, darnit !

I'm hoping a road triple FD will work as the current MTB stuff has me entirely lost.

vince told me a while back that the susie is 28.6.  couldn't hurt to call just to be certain.
