My youngest daughter just graduated from college and is living with her mother in the East Bay (Pleasanton). She’s interested in riding more, and I think a 53cm Clem or the like would be perfect for her. I’m keeping an eye on Craigslist, FB, etc. but thought I’d ask here as well. We’re looking for a complete bike in the ~$2k range.

@Jay,

You might want to check with RBW headquarters and ask Will Keating if he has a 52 cm "demo" Clem out on the floor to sell you. I know that there is an orange "demo" that they have. I bought mine as a "demo" for $1875 ?  Otherwise, keep on out for one on the Facebook page of Rivendell_Bicycle BUY, SELL and TRADE.

Many thanks for the replies. She ended up with a 52 Clem in beautiful bronzey green and couldn’t be happier! It’s a point of pride for me that she got her first Rivendell before getting her driver’s license.

WOW! Heckuva pickup, I've been on the hunt for a Bronzey Green Clem 52L for a year now and thought they had all disappeared. I am very very curious where you found this gem. And if anybody else out there has one, please let me know!!!
