This is kind of a low key post, because im not sure what it takes to ship a bike in covid times

i bought this bike from Erl a few years ago to keep up at a cabin. A bunch of stuff happened and riding around that area has been widely eclipsed by working on the property, when i get time to be up there. ive ridden the bike maybe 4 or 5 times since ive had it. it's too nice of a bike to let sit unridden, and im now looking to replace it with a vintage mtb that i wont feel bad about not touching.

It's a Toyo, not sure the year, but early enough that it doesnt have midfork eyelets. Rides great. 56cm, 26" wheels. Paint has normal scuffs and scratches that have been touched up with the appropriate color paint. no rust, no dents, no dings. When purchased, there was evidence of a chainsuck scrape, nothing too bad, but i primed and retouched that too.

Build is mostly standard Riv stuff. Nitto/Deore/Brooks etc. I'd like to hang onto the wheels, as they will fit a vintage mtb, but any other parts could be negotiated.

F/F/HS/BB/Brakes- 1000$ + pack and shipping

Local Southern California sale would be highly preferred.IMG_5019.jpg

Nice build. I wish it were a 58cm, and I’d pay for a shop to pack it.

GLWS.

Best regards,
Matt in Oswego, IL

Just to clarify, since i'm getting some questions and maybe didn't word it well. it is 1000$ for frame, fork, headset, bottom bracket and tektro cr720 brakes. Any other parts could be negotiated for more $

I see that it’s sold, but regarding your question about shipping, I got a quote from UPS and another from bikeflights.com to send my XO-1 to its new home, and bike flights was half the price, and they ship UPS! About $135 depending on the amount of insurance you’d want.

Still looks beautiful! Glad you found it a new home! Saw this too late, or I might’ve been tempted to buy it back!
All the best,
Erl

I know you were mainly hoping to deal locally, but if you are open to shipping I am interested in the rear rack.

Thanks,
Ray
