Mike—I bought your Heron Road a few years back. I’d like to be second in line to the OP for your friend’s Heron rando.

LBleriot go ahead and go for Mike's friend's rando. Those are typically more expensive with all the add ons, and I already have a nice unused set of Berthoud bags that I may install on a riv bike I have.  I'm looking to spend a little less.  The Denver craigslist lists the heron rando with a 33" standover which is too tall for me, so I may narrow my search to a 55cm touring or a 54cm road.

Hey, I have a 56cm Heron Road that I was planning to post soon (gotta find some time to write it up). Complete bike with frame in pristine condition and almost all new parts, including Velocity wheels I bought from Rivendell.
