WTB wide handlebars with slight rise and a bit of sweep

Hello folks,

I have Simworks Little Nick Bars on my Appaloosa, and I've tried Nitto Albatross bars as well. I'm looking for something in between those extremes. The CRUMBWORKS x Nitto KT bars look perfect, but I'm open to similar bars in silver.

I asked a similar question last week on the iBob list to mixed results in responses, but I just saw today that Tumbleweed is bringing out polished Persuaders. My son runs Persuaders on his Piolet and they are wide and sweepy, I can send a pic if you want.

I am in love with my Albacore handlebar from Hope Cyclery / LekerLeks. Something like 785 wide, 20-30mm rise & roughly 50 degree sweep. But, they are not silver & may not be readily available. Ron’s ortho should be similar though?

How wide? I reeeeeeally like the ahearne MAP bars. I have billies now, and had Simworks getaround, the MAP bar was kinda perfect in between. Depending on your stem clamp you have some width options.

I have a Velo Orange Klunker bar that I'm not using. It does have I think 45 degrees of back sweep and is 680 mm wide. It also has 3 inches of rise which I needed on the bike I had it on. I doubt most Rivendells need that much rise though. It only works with a removable faceplate stem. Let me know if you have any interest.

How about Soma Dream Risers? They’re a nice polished silver, albeit in 31.8mm clamp size.

I’m going to keep my eyes open for the bars everyone listed. The silver Persuaders might be the easiest to get since they’re releasing soon and they seem to fit the bill.

Doug, thanks for offering to sell the Klunkers. I’m going to read up on them and let you know if they’ll work. They sound like they might have a higher rise than I need but they look pretty neat.
