I have a lot of interest and ppl asking about shipping

I can easily ship the frame via bike flights or a similar service .  My local shop is a Riv dealer and I have a frame box and I'll ensure the frame is appropriately packed.

I don't know what pricing is for that .  Last time I shipped bike flights with was about $70 without extra insurance or packing materials.
