Bay-Area bike shipping advice

Can anyone here recommend a Bay-Area, preferably San Francisco, bike shop who will reliably do a conscientious and careful packing job to ship a complete bike via Bike Flights?

I'm exploring a private purchase of a bike that is in SF and needs to get to Boulder, Colorado, and I've read the stories here of both excellent and awful stories about this sort of experience.
