John Mackey out of Tampa used to be involved with the Concept 70. I don't have a contact for him and don't even know if he's still alive. You might contact Tampa Bay Soaring for his info.

There was an old post on Rec.Aviation.Soaring by Wayne Garner, Sr. saying he had the molds, but there were no further replies.  Wayne Sr. has since passed and we've located a glider trailer in his son's yard (via Google street view) here in West Palm Beach. (We were just researching this a few weeks ago.)  I worked with the Garners long, long ago and they had their fingers in a lot of different projects when I knew them.  

His son is an A&P and runs Big Sky Aviation in West Palm Beach.  You might be able to reach him that way.  Good luck.
