Facebook app review

Hello
I'm trying to verify my Facebook app so I can reply to the users through the Facebook channel I tried many times to review the Facebook app but I was rejected.
Here are the rejection reasons

Can you tell me what should I do?

I have applied for whatsapp_business_management, whatsapp_business_messaging, and business_management. they rejected me 20 times before i got approved

the hint to show them why you need that permission for your app to work as planned , another thing you need to  record screencast that shows the clear workflow and functionalities 

i would be happy to help but i don't understand your particular case
