Flows stuck and not sending

Hello RapidPro Community,

I'm using RapidPro with a WhatsApp business account and suddenly my trigger words are not working. I can see that my cell makes contact with the system, but the flow doesn't start on my phone. I've tried this with several phones and several flows. 

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

Thanks for the support. 
I  heard back from our service provider who said:

Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent this type of problem from happening, as it is a specific feature of the WhatsApp On-Premise infrastructure. This problem only occurs in this type of infrastructure, but it does not occur in WhatsApp Cloud.

Whenever this problem occurs, we need to manually change the credentials so that the On-Premise channel can work normally again

Is your Celery running? That should refresh the token regularly.
