How to manage users who have not completed a flow in RapidPro?

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone can explain me how RapidPro handles users who have not completed a flow that was launched as part of a campaign. Specifically, I'm interested in whether there is a mechanism to automatically restart the flow for these users, or if another method is used to ensure they complete it.

I would appreciate any insights or suggestions on how this is managed.

Hi Landry,
In RapidPro, you can specify how long a user who starts your flow can remain active. Then, when someone starts the flow without ending it, you have the option to resend the last message he/she was supposed to receive, or you can send a custom message to that contact/group of contacts. By providing the answer to the message, the contact will continue the flow where he left off
