error writing logs to dynamo

I am getting the following error logged in sentry. The error is related to DynamoDB instance running locally but cannot seem to pinpoint. I m using Rapidpro  9.3.46!

*smithy.OperationError: operation error DynamoDB: BatchWriteItem, https response error StatusCode: 400, RequestID: M7N2L2MAR6CG6GD8LAC165F3N3VV4KQNSO5AEMVJF66Q9ASUAAJG, ResourceNotFoundException: Requested resource not found
*http.ResponseError: https response error StatusCode: 400, RequestID: M7N2L2MAR6CG6GD8LAC165F3N3VV4KQNSO5AEMVJF66Q9ASUAAJG, ResourceNotFoundException: Requested resource not found

Two things..

1. You really shouldn't be running non-stable versions (9.3.*). Things can get a little experimental between stable releases and sometimes there's very specific ordering for which version of which component needs to be installed etc.
2. You really shouldn't be relying on DynamoDB local for anything more than testing or local development.

I'm guessing the DynamoDB tables haven't been created - there's a Django management command now called migrate_dynamo that you should run after migrate.
