Starting flows after any message has been sent to rapidpro

Hey All,

How do I have two flows. One for labeling messages ans another for registering clients.

I want to run both flows just incase a client send any message to rapid pro.

I can successfully run registration but when I try to create a trigger for the labelling flow, I get an error of trigger aready in use.

How can I achieve this.

There's no way to trigger both flows at the same time, a user can only be on one flow at a time in RapidPro.

What you can do is trigger one flow after the other, using the "Enter a flow" block, docs here: https://help.nyaruka.com/en/articles/1911222-starting-another-flow

So if you don't want to edit either of the flows, you can create a new flow that does an "enter a flow" on the first flow, followed by an "enter a flow" on the second flow, and then attach the trigger to that. Or you can add an "enter a flow" in the appropriate place in the registration flow to run the labelling flow.
