Dear RVP3 Members,
The committee has decided to take over all the activities from Matrix with effective 01st Jan’16. In order to run the society smoothly, we request all members to PAY the Maintenance Charges for the period Jan-Mar’16 in advance to the Condominium. Since the actual costing to maintain the society is not readily available hence committee has decided to charge Rs.2500/- per month for the 2BHK and Rs. 1500/- per month for the 1BHK flats. Committee will review the actual costing requirement (+ some buffer) after the 1st quarter of 2016 and would decide upon the final Maintenance Charges applicable for future.

For maintaining & collection of Maintenance Charges, we have tied up with APARTMENT ADDA on-line portal agency, will shortly share payment process with all.

Our major concern & struggle with Matrix & Raheja’s was on the Maintenance Charges & SD (security Deposit transfer to Condominium). We have finally managed to make Matrix agree on 15% discount on the total amount and they would be sharing the final outstanding amount of individual flats by this week along with the deadline for the payment.  We request all members to settle the outstanding charges with Matrix at the earliest for Condominium to get the Security Deposit from Raheja’s. Any member having discrepancy on the outstanding amount should contact the Matrix team and resolve the same.

Committee has also managed to successfully negotiate with Raheja’s in waving off the one-time cost for the Club House & Swimming Pool charges (Approx. Rs. 90 thousand per flat as entrance fees). They plan to complete & handover the Club house in the month of Jan’16.

We will share the updates on the other developments of the society by next week. We look forward for your valuable support as always.

Dear Committee Members ,

First of all let me Congratulate all Members on successful completion of task of negotiations with Matrix & Rahejas.

Indeed it was huge task but with your efforts , dedication and support from all residents it has been come to logical end.

 

After going through mail I have one small query which I feel helpful to discuss for understanding of everybody is

about 15% discount. As mentioned Matrix has agreed on 15% discount which is very good. How this will be compensated

to members who has already paid the entire amount as per Matrix bill so far i.e. Full amount without discount.

 

If you can explain  will be very helpful  by all.

Sirs,

Great job done by all. May I kindly request that the outstanding amount be communicated to the flat owners by committee members apart from Matrix.

Also if I am correct, no charges were to be levied for the pool and club house. While it is ok that they are not going to demand 90K, the news is still welcome. 

I suggest we all pay the amount as discussed once we hear about the outstanding amount from the committee members.
