Dear Ganesh
Through your mail you are repeatedly trying to justify your highly inflated bill clandestinely raised at the last moment when Matrix is leaving the society condominium.
Common resident of any society does not understand the intricacies of an audit report which you are repeatedly stressing on. As regards the various statement of expenses sent by you, the undersigned visited Matrix office in Raheja premises and met your Mr. Pradip and had preliminary discussions with him. Your office disclosed that Matrix has been paying Rs.1200/- approx. per water tanker to the supplier all these years. At the current market rate a good quality water tanker (drinking water) is available at only Rs.800/-. "HOW DOES MATRIX JUSTIFY THIS TYPE OF SPENDING KINDLY EXPLAIN".
This has also reference to MOFA Agreement which residents have signed with M/s Raheja wherein it is clearly recorded that any agency like Matrix will have to bill Society Condominium at actuals apart from 15% service charges. In any good society / residential complex maintainance charges are always below Rs. 3 /sq.ft.
At the last moment when Matrix is leaving society premises let us tell you that "you are trying to make hay while sun is shining on you". This will never be allowed to happen.
As regards Matrix"s intention of adjusting outstanding against deposits of members it may kindly be noted that all this is legally wrong and you cannot do it.
You will have to justify your spending on various account heads. Condominium members have all rights and priviliges to go deeper in detail and investigate, scrutinise your payments, receipts, bills etc. The question of paying diff. amount does not arise and you may kindly forget about it.
While we welcome the new condominium committee to take over from 1.1.2016, we are surprised at the way they are keeping silent on this very subject of disputed bills being raised by Matrix. Condominium. members are expecting more active participation from them. We, extend our full co-operation and support to the new management from 1.1.2016.
Vide a copy of this mail we invite kind attention of Mr. Ashish Kumar and Mr. Hingorani. Suggestions / comments from all residents of the condominium are welcome.
