Dear Friends,
Last night at around 11:30 a visitor was arguing with the gaurds for letting his vehicle to get parked inside the Condominium premises. As there was no sticker on his vehicle he was asked to park his vehicle outside, on this he started barging on the poor gaurds saying if even a single scratch appears on his vehicle they'll be responsible for that.
Is such type of indecent behaviour acceptable?
Friends we all are educated people living in a civilised community. The gaurds are only doing there duties. Shouting on them without their faults will demoralise them.
Further this is to inform you all that the builder has not alloted any visitor's parking space to the Condominium, so kindly ask your visitors to park their vehicles outside the Condominium premises.

Regards,
RVP3 Condominium Committee

P. S. - Owners inform your tenants for the same.

Dear Committee Members,

Though i have no relation to whatsoever happened last night nor do i stay in the condominium yet i have a small suggestion which may be considered.

Though the builder has not given us any parking space for visitors parking, we are a condominium now and no more dependent on the builder for every little thing. We should identify a place behind G1 or G2 where a small visitors parking can be created. We need to understand that the builder had initial plans of G3 and G4 with parking for all. Which in turn means that we will be able to create a visitors parking using a bit of creative mind in the allocation of space near G1 and G2. This will also give our society a premium look as it caters for visitors parking too and will in turn also give better returns in terms of rent and resale value.

I would still consider the people on ground who actually live in RV3 and the committee members to be the best judge for this.

Warm Regards,

Ruby Mathew

Dear Ruby,

The space behind G1 & G2 has already been allotted for parking for F4 and F5 buildings and the space for parking which was planned for F4 and F5 building is with builder only and not a part of condominium.

Regards,
Ashish
