Subject: Notice of General Body Meeting for passing of Resolutions in respect ofRaheja Vistas Building Nos. F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, G1 and G2.
Dear Members,
We would like to inform you that in requirement of the resolutions to be passed as per bye laws, all the Apartment Holders in the Building Nos. “F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, G1 and G2” are requested to attend meeting to be held at RVP3 Gazebo near the garden on 06th Sep’15 at 10am.
Agenda for the Meeting :
1)To consider and discuss about the Operations of Bank account and Authorized Signatories on behalf of Raheja Vistas Phase 3 Condominium
2)Opening of Bank Account in the name of Raheja Vistas Phase 3 Condominium
3)Consider and discuss about applying PAN Card for Raheja Vistas Phase 3 Condominium
Note: The presence in person of a one third Apartment Owners shall constitute Quorum for General Meeting. In case of non-fulfillment of Quorum the meeting will be adjorned by half an hour and the reconvened meeting will be deemed as fulfilling the quorum. Such quorum shall be fully authorized to transact the same business at the same place as per bye laws.

This is to inform you that following documents are required before your tenants move in:-
1) Rent Agreement
2) Police Verification of the tenants
3) No dues certificate from Matrix
Post receipt of the above documents we would issue the NOC
