I just was able to sign on while on my home wifi. The above problem occurred at my office. I wonder if my company's IT blocks access to certain port numbers? I know that I cannot sign in to my own cPanel at the office.

Did you reload the app?I don't know what this sentence means. Debugging is a fairly precise process. If you could provide steps to reproduce the problem that might help pin it down.
