The one on the far right is the best.
Or do you like the springiness of the thinner and longer contact strip at the end of the lever and the original positioning of the end "contact platform" which was reversed for this model?

I'm torn, I have a reproduction of the Rugby model by M0NVT that he made for me as a one off prototype and an unmodified PS213A. I like the original better because the springiness of the original contact strip softens each contact closure giving the key a very comfortable feel.

Best regards,

Six and two threes David ...

I also have one of Phil Boyle's (GØNVT) PS213A  replicas where he used spring- rather than mild steel for the contact tongue. The keying action of this is not quite as crisp as the originals, but it's still quite exceptional.

I remember them filming that report, although I wasn't featured in the actual recording. Most of the staff in the film are sadly no longer with us. Local TV and press used to visit the station regularly to compile articles about the station, especially at the time of high-profile yacht races etc.

I still have my 'Rugby' key which I obtained on the last day of GKA (30th April 2000) and I also have an ex-GKA EK-150, both of which I use on my amateur station.

Working at GKA was the best job in the world.
