Bulletin 2 US Radio-O Champs 2025

We welcome all the Radio Orienteers to join us in Central North Carolina from June 14 - 22, 2025 for the US Champs.

Bulletin 2 is available now.  Registration will open in mid March, 2025. (We will send out an announcement.)  Here is a look at the schedule outline.  Details are in Bulletin 2.

Morrow Mountain State Park - camping reservations.

I just called the park since all dates are showing as "unavailable" on the online booking system.  Apparently they have water main and sewer problems and will not open reservations until that work is complete.

There was no indication of when reservations will open again, but I was told that they have received the bids for the work, but that work has not started yet. 

Sadly there is no update on their social media or website - they told me that they were letting people know when they called!

Don't count on staying in the park. We looked into cabins and that was a NO. We didn't look into camping, but we were told about the construction.

Thanks Ruth.  I have not decided whether to bring my Travel Trailer or find an AirBnB etc.  There is not too much in the local area.  

I'll keep checking back with the Park until I make a decision.
