Noticed this in the England Athletics code of conduct form. Hashing after all is a drinking not a running activity so all good.

perhaps you could choose to interpret this as being specific to the type of athletics you'd do at a stadium?  I mean, it's true that attempting a 110m sprint-hurdles whilst swigging out of a litre family-sized bottle of Tescos Economy vodka is probably not an optimal plan, right?  ... well .. not for everyone....
