meeting Thursday 25th June: military/social evening at Nick's M0NPK

Folks,

This time we we're over at Nick M0NPK's place for another military themed social evening and final prep for VHF field day. So a good practical session all round. Dan G4DGC mentions a few of the Farnborough club folk will be up with Clansman gear so looking forward to that too.

Start time is nominally 8pm but people may be there a little earlier.

If you are unsure, just look for the 80 foot tower and impressive antenna arrays.

If you have "green" radios/gear etc. to show off then we'd love to see it!

If you haven't been over to Nick's before, it's well worth a visit to see an amazing radio station.

 

I expect various antennas and "sky hooks" will be available for testing.

We will try and make the club spectrum analyser etc. available for testing.
