Dear All

I have just received news from Barbara Self that Dave G0TKV passed away this afternoon.
Dave's health had been failing him and in the past couple of month/weeks it deterated and he ending up in RBH hospital.
He had been a long member of RADARC till health got to him and he had to give up attending due to driving and age, he had just had his 88th. birthday in November and willl be missed by friends and radio contacts..

Sorry to hear the sad news. 

I have known Dave since he joined the club many years ago.

I fondly remember his various interesting tales of travelling the world working with British Airways in the days when Air Travel was somewhat different from what it now.

Please send my condolences to Barabara.

Sorry to hear of Dave’s passing.

 

He used to be a regular on 4m amongst others and being just up the road in Woodcote, I bought my first HF set from him (IC7300 & LDG Z-100plus)

Yes Dave went through a few radios as I know I had a Yaesu ft2 hand held for him.
