error message in DrRacket

Clicking on DrRacket->Help->Racket Documentation yields this error message:
browser-run: process execute failed: '("file:///usr/racket/doc/index.html")
/bin/sh: 1: file:///usr/racket/doc/index.html: not found
When that URL is manually entered into my browser it properly brings up "Racket Documentation", but I don't know why, because there is no such directory on my computer,i.e, /usr/racket/doc exists, but /usr/racket/doc/ contains neither a file nor directory named index.html. Actually, /usr/racket/doc displays:
"Index of file:///usr/racket/doc"
I am on Ubuntu 20.04
