Cannot install packages in DrRacket

Hi all,

It is just me, or is there an issue with the package manager?

I tried installing the sicp and simply-scheme packages through the graphical package manager and through the terminal using raco pkg install, but they both result in the same error:

raco pkg install sicp
Resolving "sicp" via https://download.racket-lang.org/releases/7.9/catalog/
raco pkg install: cannot find package on catalogs

Also, the page https://download.racket-lang.org/releases/7.9/catalog/ returns a 404 page.

I had this issue last week, and here's what I found: https://github.com/mbutterick/pollen/issues/239

TL;DR : raco pkg config --set catalogs https://download.racket-lang.org/releases/7.9/catalog/ "" 

I don't exactly what causes this issue, though.
