Error with ssl while building racket

Since this morning, I'm getting this error building racket, when the
script wants to update the packages (in Windows 7)
ssl-connect: connect failed (error:14077410:SSL
routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO: sslv3 alert handshake failure)
