New installers background!

Whoa! Just saw the new background for the installers. Looks amazing! Whom do we have to thank for this?

I changed them, because I wanted installers to use the modern Racket
logo.

For future reference, the script and inputs to create the images is now
in an "image-maker" directory of the "distro-build" repo (so, while not
in a package, in the same repo that holds the "distro-build" packages).
