For about a year or so, I've noticed that the documentation points to release notes.  In turn the release notes mention "changes noted in the documentation."

E.G.

Version 6.2, April 2015
Bug repairs and other changes noted in the documentation

Version 6.1.1, October 2014
Bug repairs and other changes noted in the documentation

Is there for a given release a summary of the changes?   To be fair, some of my commits say things like "various changes since last commit."  I just don't want to miss out on any goodies as they arrive.

I was about to post this to the users, rather than developers, as I'm clearly in that camp.  However, I figured that you guys were the ones that make these notes.

Thanks very much for an increasingly capable system.

Agreed.

Sometimes the documentation is full of surprising, new features are added to APIs that I did not see just few days ago...
