Installing Rachel on Ubuntu/Linux

Is it still possible to install and run Rachel on Ubuntu/Linux desktop versions. I found a guide on how to go about it here: http://dev.worldpossible.org/wiki/index.php/Installing_RACHEL_on_Linux#1_-_Download_the_Ubuntu_software but it looks like it was last updated 2003 and the ftp credentials do not work.

I finally got the right credentials on the Rachel Download Guide but I can not find the rachel_wamp_20131007.zip file.

Can anyone advise me how to go about this. Is there any place where I could get the rachel_wamp_20131007.zip file?

We run an ubuntu server for our off-line learning center with KA Lite and we'd love to run Rachel along with it.
