Hello Rabbit MQ,
I am using the rabbit mq through AWS. But the problem with my Amazon Mq is that the disk space got full it reaches the watermark level which is 11Gib. I am using the mq.m5.large instance for my Amazon Rabbit MQ . So, can you help me on that issue that how can I mange my disk spaces.
I request if there is any additional information required to debug my issue I will provide that. But please help me on the issue how to mange disk space . I have attached the Policies for it which is "delete all queues" and provided the pattern, but then also its filling the disk size.

Hello,

There is no need to keep re-posting to this mailing list. You last posted 1 day ago - https://groups.google.com/g/rabbitmq-users/c/3wAa4bzn73M

Please note that we try to respond within a week. I suggest contacting Amazon MQ support if this situation is urgent.

"I have attached the Policies for it which is "delete all queues" and provided the pattern, but then also its filling the disk size."

I don't see anything attached to your message. We have very little information to work with here, but if you're filling up your disk you probably are not consuming messages and your queues are filling up.

Thanks,
Luke

Hello Luke,
Yes we connected to the Amazon MQ (AWS)support, we are working with them also but actually we want that our issue should resolve that's way we were trying both the ways. As additional information what do you want do you need any kind of Screensort ? One thing as told " if you're filling up your disk you probably are not consuming messages and your queues are filling up". Can you please elaborate this ? . I have Queue count as 621 and disk as 53 gib. We have to manually delete the queue which are idle. Can you explain how can I automate it means whichever queue is idle we want to delete it. If you need any kind of Screensort please do tell,I run through my Manger and provide you Screensort.
Thanks & Regards

Hello,

Please see the documentation with regard to auto-delete queues - https://www.rabbitmq.com/queues.html#temporary-queues

Again, if your disks are filling you probably have queues with messages in the "Ready" state, like this -

Hi Luke,
As I told you about the issue I am facing that our disk space is going below the water mark level. With this mail I will attach some SS for your reference so that you can debug the issue. We also had a call with the AWS team and there we figured out that there are messages about more than 200 Million they told to increase the size of instance , and also mentioned that it will increase the performance, but the disk space will reach the watermark level again.
So, I am looking for a quick resolution of my issue. One thing I would request to you if a call has been set between the Rabbit MQ team and us it will be very helpful for us. Please let me know if the call can be set or not ?
I have attached the SS below for your reference. Please let us know the solution of my issue and about the call.
