Hi Mohamed -
  • Please attach your RabbitMQ log files from the time of these events
  • When the admin user can't log in, please run rabbitmqctl authenticate_user admin PASSWORD on the server to see what the result is (please substitute PASSWORD with the actual password).
As Michael said in this message...

... RabbitMQ does not delete users, or change their credentials. Something else is either changing the admin user's password, or not storing the password correctly for future use.

Thanks,
Luke

Hi Mohamed,

The logs show that only the vcdamqp user is being denied access:

PLAIN login refused: user 'vcdamqp' - invalid credentials

Please ensure this user is using the correct password.

Thanks,
Luke

hello luke

the login and password is correct 100%,

the test conncetion fails first, and shows the errors above, but once we retype the password of the login user, it works for five minute then RabbitMq refuse the connection again

Hi Mohamed,

All evidence at this point is that "vcloud director" fails to remember the password correctly. I don't see evidence of a RabbitMQ issue or mis-configuration at this time.

Your screenshot shows you using the admin user when running rabbitmqctl authenticate_user, but the logs show the vcdamqp user being denied. I would start by investigating that. If you can take a packet capture to see exactly what credentials are being used, that may help.

Thanks,
Luke
