We are running on  RabbitMQ 3.3.1, Erlang R15B02 and RHEL OS version 6.1.
We need to upgrade the RHEL version to 8.x on the linux server where we have RabbitMQ installed.
Please suggest if there can be compatibility issues.

As Michael pointed out when answering your last question, RabbitMQ 3.3 has been out of support for more than 5 years. It's really time to upgrade RabbitMQ.

I agree that RabbitMQ 3.3 has been out of support. Our application servers might be migrated to a whole completely different technology in approximately 6months. So we are not upgrading as of now until the confirmation. But we need to upgrade the OS version on RHEL 8.x on the server due to organisation compliance.
Hence I request you to answer to my query if possible whether RabbitMQ 3.3.1 version would work fine if the OS is upgraded to RHEL 8.x

RHEL8 was released 4 years after we stopped supporting RabbitMQ 3.3. Therefore we never tested RabbitMQ 3.3 on RHEL8 and can't tell you whether it will work.

You should upgrade RabbitMQ for the same compliance reasons that you upgrade RHEL. If you decide not to - please don't expect help answering questions about this setup.
